The Italian presentation of the renowned Guida Rossa Michelin, an exclusive, newsworthy and premium event. Powered since 2015 by Rossoevolution, the last two editions were held in Parma where we coordinated set up, event direction and logistics: accreditation, transfers and assistance for 700 people among which journalists, starred chefs, authorities and sponsors.
